Dairy Council visit Primary 6

Molly from the Dairy Council visited school today to talk to Primary 6 pupils about the importance of having a good life balance of food and fitness. We learned about the major food groups and how dairy products like milk, cheese and yoghurt help to grow strong bones and teeth! 🦷
