Mental Health Awareness Week 2020
Hello everyone! 🤗
This is Mental Health Awareness Week 2020. Now, more than ever, it is vital that we all do everything we can to support our mental health and also look out for our friends and loved ones who may be experiencing feelings of anxiety, fear or loneliness at this difficult time.
The theme this year is 'kindness'. We are all carrying out acts of kindness for our families and friends every day during 'lockdown' and we encourage you to continue. However, remember we need to be kind to ourselves too! 😀Tell yourself that you are doing a great job! We are all trying our best at this very difficult time. 😀Compliment yourself every day. 😀Take time out of your very busy day to do something which YOU like doing.
Remember 'in a world where you can be anything, be kind' to YOURSELF and others.
Take care everyone 🌈
