We all had a marvellous day working with Francesca from Action Mental Health. She taught us all about Little Healthy Me and how we can manage our thoughts, feelings and emotions. We took part in lots of fun activities including getting active, playing emoji charades, making a mind-jar and a well-being box, controlling our breathing to make ourselves calm, listening to a story, watching film clips and learning about how the different parts of our brain work.
