Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC) offers school cookery demonstrations to Primary Schools across Northern Ireland. The P5s learned about the farm to fork journey and got to taste NIFQA beef.
The pupils in P5 were engaged with Liz's demonstration and many devoured the sample of cooking offered.
