What an exciting day we have had in Ballymacrickett!
We started our morning off with our 'Park and Stride' event. We had a great turn out by pupils and parents all eager to get their early morning steps in. Thank you to everyone who showed up especially in their Glenavy colours!
Following this event, we had a special visit from our local legends in Glenavy- the Senior Ladies football team! They took time out from thier busy training schedule to chat to our pupils about thier journey to the Ulster Intermediate Final. We discovered that commitment, dedication, teamwork and resilience are important ingredients to be a football star!
