Primay 6 working on their emotions with OTs

Over the past three weeks, our class have been working alongisde an OT from Ulster University identifying emotions. The boys and girls identified strategies how to manage different emotions, building their resilence in real life scenarios. By the end of the three weeks, they created their own toolkits for their emotions with tools to help with breathing, anger/frustration and things to remember that make them happy. It was a great experience!
