P2 had a full day of fun activities! We started our day by hosting our first assembly. We told all the boys and girls about St Patrick and why we celebrate on this special day. The boys and girls should be extremely proud of themselves. They all spoke and sang wonderfully and we had the special treat of an Irish dancing performance from one of our very own P2 children. There was beautiful singing and dancing throughout the day!🤗
We also remembered our ‘Wear Green, Be Green’ ♻️☘️♻️ motto today by doing fun activities such as planting sunflower seeds, working with our friends to do a garden scavenger hunt and spending time on our nature trail! We ended our day with a ‘whole school’ Irish dance session in the yard and a fun hunt for the leprechaun’s gold in the P2 classrooms.
